This day, which commemorates bosses around the country, falls every year on October 16th. Originally, it was started in 1958 by Patricia Haroski, a secretary from Deerfield IL. She decided to honor her father (who helped his sons and daughters with work related problems many times) by making his birthday as National Boss Day, which was officially recognized by the Illinois Governor Otto Kerner as a recognized day in 1962. We would like to recognize women and men bosses and managers around the country and around the world by providing a selection of
unique leather gifts for the boss.
