a day earlier than expected. It came nicely packed and I appreciated that
you used the more reliable UPS for delivery. Their tracking system was very
helpful in knowing when to be home, and easy to use and understand.
I opened the box and looked at the cases and they looked better in person
than they did on the website. The monogrammed initials looked really good
and added a nice touch to personalizing these items.
I also wanted to thank you for your personalized help the day I called to ask questions. The person who answered your phone was very sweet and professional. I appreciate how quickly you came to the phone and was very clear in answering all my questions.
