Extended Holiday Returns
Every year around the holidays, we extend our 30 day return policy for our valued clients so that they can shop early and not worry about returning the item in time if it doesn't meet expectations.In keeping with our yearly tradition, we are offering a return deadline of January 31st, 2010 for all items purchased from our site beginning November 15th, 2009 until the end of the year.
Just make sure to postmark your return package by 1/31/2010 and follow the instructions posted here to send the package back to us.
Please note, however, that as always, we are UNABLE to accept any returns or exchanges on monogrammed or personalized leather gifts.
