dedication to 100% customer satisfaction has not changed since we began Creative
Leather Concepts (CLC) in 1998. If for any reason, you are not completely happy
with any purchase, let us know. Simply return the item to us within thirty
(30) days for a prompt exchange, credit or merchandise refund. We'll make
it right or cheerfully refund the full purchase price of the product. Please
note, however, that personalized or monogrammed items (like the one shown above) are not returnable.Furthermore, we are not able to refund any of the shipping costs unless the items are received in damaged condition.
