After you order your item and it gets shipped, just email us (Shop[at]IslandShipCenter.com) your tracking number and we will look out for your package. We will also email you as soon as your package arrives!

We will hold each of your packages for up to 1 week, safely and securely. After 1 week, we will charge $2.50 PER DAY for each package until it is picked up.

There is no need to worry about weather because your package will be stored indoors and there is always someone available to sign for each package!
